In the link above, a list is provided by 247 that shows "Prospects" with different labels added to them.  This list includes players that have received an offer from us and those that have not.  My question is how do players qualify as prospects?  Are these players that have expressed an interest in us?  It also lists they players as "interested" and "scout look."  Again, there is a mix under each of these labels of players that have received an offer and those that haven't.  How does 247 differentiate?  I emailed them for clarification but have never received a response.
