Grad transfer big man available

Illinois center/forward Michael Finke 6'10, 230 lbs. is leaving Illinois as a grad transfer. Not sure if he would fit in McCasland's system but he's a big body and averaged over 8 a game in the big ten. Might be worth kicking the tires on him.

Does McCasland put back Simmons development and limit his on-court time for a one-year big man?

Assuming he a good player, I think we should take him.... We only have one other true big man, the Russian guy, also a freshman...... I think having another big man with experience would advisable. Injuries happen too, etc... And if this Illinois transfer can help develop Simmons, we get a two'fer.
