I don't know about you guys, but this just had the feeling after the first two games like there was no chance today would be anything less than a convincing win.

I'm not quite there yet.  I go in to these games with the feeling of impending doom, 5 minutes in that gives way to "This can't be happening again," 10 minute mark feelings become, "Wow, this team is on a roll," and by halftime I am giddy with excitement.  The second half just becomes a how big of a margin can we win by and convincing myself we should be in the Sweet 16.

Admission: I start getting nervous in the second half when the leads have shrunk to around 15 which is ridiculous.

Only thing that pissed me off tonight, besides seeing Ray Harper, was watching fans exit during the Fight Song.

If you mean those heading down to the floor...yep...we do, but we are going to the front of the exit to high five and congratulate the players as they come around the arena. Not leaving...just “re-shuffling”.  :-)

Nope. Saw people walking up the steps away from the court. Unless the team is walking around the concourse, these folks are out of there.

This is exactly how i am, nervous in the second half!    As these last 2 games have played out we start winning and building leads! At UNT!!!   No lead is safe in my head I guess.  If it were any other team playing I would be calling it church with a 25+ point lead and less than 10 minutes to go....    UNT is playing?   No lead is safe... But damnit if this isn't ridiculously fun!

I can't wait to get back into the Pit on Wednesday!

Trying to wrap my mind around a team that would have this outside shooting with Tony Mitchell wondering around underneath

Ha.  I think you meant “wandering”, but “wondering” paints a funny mental image.

Just to be fair, it is after 9pm on a school/work night.  I had my 8 year old with me, and we bailed out of there so i could get him home, showered, and into bed for school the next morning.

I hear ya.  It was after midnight by the time my 8th grader got in bed. But her momma was already asleep when we snuck into the house so we avoided trouble.
