It's so great to see Smart and Duffy shooting well and playing with confidence. I think we can all agree this team exceeded our expectations heading into the season. Can you imagine if they had just won all of those "woulda coulda shoulda" games? Six losses were decided by one possession.

Man, I can't wait to see this team next season.

The box score says there were 1380 or so in South Dakota...and 1145 tonight. No way. I'll be at the ticket office tomorrow and ask Chris. I'm guessing at least 3,000 tonight. 

If it only been 1145....we wouldn't have already been guaranteed a host spot on Wednesday.

This Mercer team was led by four seniors who made their mark on their program..

One ended up 18th on their all time scoring list, and third all time assist leader.

A second ended up 29th all time scoring and their third all time rebounder.

A third ended up their thirty second all time scorer.

And a fourth ended a 17th straight game scoring in double figures tonight.

If Crouch would at least wait till AFTER a time out to remind us all that pencils are on sale for a nickel at the UNT bookstore....I think he would be tolerable?  Maybe not.

there were a lot more people in the stands then 1135.  We need a recount.  Maybe if the students were not counted in the number but it is the biggest crowd I have seen at a game this year by far.  Not  only were they there but they were loud.  Disappointed that a lot of our fans will not even stand up and applaud for the team.  We Alumni need the exercise.

I think the attendance numbers for this whole tournament have been incorrect. When we played at South Dakota it said the attendance for that game was 1,348. That game was EMPTY!
