and agree with Mean Green Matt.  The complainers appear to have dredged up picky stuff and just threw it against the wall in an effort to see if they could get something to stick.

That’s a pretty typical voter turnout for any student referendum at UNT over the years FWIW.

I'm shocked at the low turnout considering how easy they make it to vote.  However, I am NOT surprised at the results.  By my quick calculations the vote passed 55% to 45% which matches my prediction: 

Congratulations to those who campaigned for the passing of this measure.  It will be well worth the effort put into it.
