Is anyone on here part of the SGA?

If so, there should be a rule that any person or organization that brings a challenge, the SGA deems frivolous at the conclusion of their investigation, should be charged an "frivolous investigation fine" of more then $1,000. I think that would end some of these delay tactics.

The challenge should be there for legitimate issues, not as a delay tactic or obstructionist maneuver.
