From the other college kids I know... Unless its an email from their prof, they are not checking emails. 

The students who know and care will vote. So, lets just hope more kids care about having a program to be proud of.

Can UNT just do what Dallas did several years ago  on a vote to change the name of the old Industrial Blvd along the Trinity River.  New development along that area wanted to change the name of the street to Riverfront Blvd.  Dallas had a vote with a variety of names submitted.  A certain group rallied hard, and the name that won was Cesar Chavez Blvd.  Dallas city leaders, who wanted the name Riverfront Blvd, then just said, well, we are just going to go ahead and name it Riverfront Blvd despite the vote.....  Problem solved.....

Fall 2017 enrollment was 38,121.

So if only 100 people voted it would be 0.26%

Every thousand votes therefore would be 2.62%

I chatted with a guy from ATH Dept (Player to be named) and Said Person says, they are feeling good about the vote. So with @AustinFromUNT with his finger on the pulse and PTBN I feel real positive about the outcome today.

Or, everyone has to wait until the SGA releases the voting results since this is their thing, and no one knows anything yet until it's released.

Or, athletic department personnel had their eye on how things were going. And I would imagine that the athletic department would be giddy as hell to get good news out to the public.

Again, how?   If word comes out that the Athletic Department was able to see voting results in real-time, you'd better believe that will be grounds for some kind of appeal/nullification, and it will be a VERY VALID reason.

I really hope they don't.   I'm betting they're eagerly awaiting the results just like the rest of us.

When people are saying, "I talked to <such-and-such> in the AD, and they said they 'feel good' about the vote" ...  That doesn't mean that person is watching voting results coming in.   
What the heck is someone in the AD supposed so say?  "Naw man, I don't think it's gonna make it."    They don't know.
