DRC: UNT women's basketball team slide hits four with loss to UTEP

Frustrating. This team struggles to put a good, full game together. Looking ahead at the schedule I don't see an issue with the team making the conference tournament but it will probably be a disappointing 9-12 seed. Especially after going .500 in conference last year that would be a bit of a disappointment.

This team plays very hard and never gives up as was once again apparent in the UTEP loss.   The problem they just don't have the talent yet.  They are very young and because of injuries are using several players that are going to have to get a lot better for minutes next year.

I don't like using injuries as an excuse, but this team (which will likely still end the year with a winning record) really is doing a good job under the circumstances.
