They are redoing the vote once the semester starts, I believe.

I thought only the counting was delayed but the votes themselves are legal

I think that was the plan but whoever protested I believe said since the timing of the vote, it did not allow for students to be completely informed on the issue making it so they have to revote.. but not much talk of it in the AD office right now.
