He’s 6’8, 280. Imagine 6’9 333 Murray on the other end. Our OL would be massive.

I would rather have good than massive.

Also, it’s worth noting he is a May transfer if we do pick him up.

Interesting departure from previous targets by Littrell.   Wonder if he just decided to only target mid term guys prior to the early signing period & then start looking at the spring grads.

I agree with good. Murray is massive, but his feet are stuck in quicksand. He gets beat a lot on outside rushes or he he is back on his heels so quickly that they just go underneath and kill Mason. Good is much better than massive.

I think murray best game was against UTSA.  When Davenport line up against  him he did well.  I think because of his height he is able to handle big lineman better than smaller fast lineman.

Was Davenport on Murray? I thought Davenport played a majority of the game vs Mayfield

Don't wanna argue on a recruits thread, but Davenport worked every OL who tried blocking him in pass situations.  I recorded game and went back and watched bc I originally thought same thing.  2nd look suggested otherwise.

Davenport line up at first on murray but changed to the other side where he more success.  I remember at the beginning of the game Davenport was going agains Murray did a good job on him.  I dont know if that was the reason them moved Davenport to the other side.

i stand corrected. I just remember watching a few plays to see how he was doing.  After that I started watching the game (ball more).  I like to watch the lines a coupe of times to see how they are matching up.  When mac took us the HOD I remember that defense blowing people off the line.  Did not see much of that this year. We need to get more guys that fit SL offense.

Well that’s not a positive development.

Why?  Why do we act scared of FAU's recruiting?  Screw FAU.

Why because they are one of the hottest teams in the country that has a lot to make a recruit think about..
