Bc the OL is getting dominated and the RBs are as well getting short yardage.. the hope is to get the OL and RB to block allowing fine being the RB to get it in

That is very true. It was Fine's fault, but once it was under thrown, had Rico fought more back to the ball, he could have got the PI.
