However it rates, keep in mind that juco players are recruited altogether differently from HS players.

B. 2 FBS offers other than ours is the baseline for a B rating. I don't factor in FCS offers in my ratings. I've never found a good way to differentiate between JUCO and HS recruits, which they are different, as 93-98 mentioned.

I've come to the conclusion that we need to sign impact jucos every year.  Actually quite a few of them.  And we are not alone.  I read last night that Texas was trying to sign a juco O-Lineman.  In past years they never signed jucos.  I think now to be competitive you need them and you need them every year.  Look at how our d dropped off when Wheeler got injured.

Now what you CANNOT do is what we did last year with the juco Olineman and linebacker that never set foot on campus.

Replacement for Flusche... Good! We need one more guy to fit in for Tillman and we may be able to take a step forward on the Dline next year with the development of the guys on the team!

I completly agree. you need to load up on Mid term juco guys so you have plenty of time to make sure they make it to campus. Kansas State has done it for several years.

Is McMillian a DE because of his size? I’m assuming Saafi coming in as another DE as well?

Don't discount that Toledo offer. They've won 7+ games a year since 2009. 

They clearly know what they're doing in recruiting.
