Ticket Office On Hold "Music"

I just ordered my tickets for the bowl game.  The gentleman taking my order had to put me on hold briefly and instead of some music playing, I got to listen to Mean Green football radio play-by-play highlights.  I don't remember having that before - maybe I've never been on hold before.  Great touch by the AD/Ticket Office.  I almost didn't want to be taken off hold.....almost.  You know sometimes (actually a lot of times) it's the little things that mean the most, make the difference and you remember the most.  Piping in radio play-by-play highlights is one of those little why didn't I think of that things.  Well done, I say.  Well done.

Looking forward to my 5th New Orleans bowl trip.  Go Mean Green!

To be fair, the playback radio for those on hold has been done for quite awhile...even back in the Villarreal era.  Nice touch, though.

They should mix in some audio of the NORTH!......TEXAS! chant.

Do they take your card info over the phone? I’ve never bought on the phone before

They can do pretty much anything over the phone that they can when you stand in front of them, except hand you the tickets. Which they can't do until next week any way.

You'll get great service and avoid the Ticketmaster hassle and fees.
