A little late, but for future reference I also have luck with KNTU.com using Internet Explorer instead of Chrome.

I have that same problem.. I can't get it to work using Chrome but it works fine with Microsoft Edge.

We need to get the bench involved before conference play. Three  points off the bench and Seventy Six for the starting five.

We just don't have scorers on the bench right now. Only way we will this season is if we get Duffy and Tikhonenko back. But for sure we can get more than three points, and we're going to need to.

Miller needs to step up. He was projected a top 50 JUCO player who could come in and score. With Duffy and Gibson out he needs to work on double digits off the bench. I’m wondering if we should just wait to get Tikhonenko next year and roll with these guys. He and Gibson could still give us a young crew.

NT is developing a pretty good first five  Obviously, no bench now; but hope that will improve soon.

I can't believe how good Temara is playing this year.  Lawson and Woolridge, I think are going to get a lot better with more time in this system.  Simmons may be the best true freshman post, I have seen at NT.   What I really like about his game, is that he is not outside trying hit threes.   Smart won the game for NT tonight.   Two points I think in the first half, ends with 22 including absolutely clutch free throws.

Indiana State's record is not that good, but this was a solid win.  However, they were beaten by double digits by ODU.

Yeah but they also beat Indiana by 21.

If Simmons took an outside shot I’d imagine he’d be running laps during the game. Simmons showed some mental toughness. He wiffed on a big block out down the stretch but made up for it with the game sealing block

Somebody needs to get out of here with their poor attitude. Two people want to trash the players and the team... take that crap to the SMU boards or somewhere where miserable people hang out. It’s disgusting and embarrassing that people log on here just to trash the players like that.

Who is bashing players?

Two people who threw negatives on a positive post above about the team having a great win and fighting hard. Just flat out disrespectful. It doesn’t help to create a positive relationship with them, although they laugh at some the of nonsense posted haha. I remember Brandon Walton and Ventrail Vaughn’s at the GMG basketball game they “coached” talking about all the negative “$&!@“ they read on here and come to find out it’s just a bunch of old, non athletic guys with big mouths. Bradons words not mine. The disrespect is pathetic.

There is some troll on here giving down votes on a lot of posts, regardless of the poster or the actual content of the post. Just like with any troll, it's best to ignore instead of spout off about it.

They can take it back to the SMU boards...  The players deserve better. This is a really fun team to watch and McCasland makes great adjustments in game. He is fired up and hard on the players, but he knows how to win. Everyone loves winning.

Do you understand what trolling means? That isn't a rhetorical question. I genuinely don't know if you know what that means.

If someone is trolling on this board, then their goal is to stir up and rile up OUR board. They aren't going to take it to the SMU board. They want to troll OUR board. They are likely not UNT fans. Just ignore them.

I mean I understand what Brandan is saying, and I don't think I ever take individual players to task, but just because people are old and unathletic doesn't mean in their youth they weren't in shape and played ball.

Gutty win last night. Most of the game it felt like we just couldn’t quite get that last bucket on a run when we needed it...until the one at the buzzer in regulation. Ice cold shot there! Then a great finish in OT taking advantage of the momentum swing.

This is a really fun team to watch. As others have mentioned, we’re not really deep right now but everyone that sees the floor battles. I love our team’s relentless approach on the defensive end. That’s going to pay dividends as the season plays on and the team matures.

Props to Woolridge for being a warrior out there last night. That dude took a massive beating and battled through it.

If the team keeps playing with this energy and grit, people are going to start showing back up to the Pit. It’s great seeing real basketball at UNT again! Future is bright.

What a game! This is a UNT team that people have been asking for over the last few years. Even my wife, a fan but not as much a sports fan but one who enjoys the social aspects of attending UNT games, mentioned on the way home last night that “that was really a fun game to watch”.  Undermanned and with Woolridge playing hurt for over 40 min. (Hip pointer suffered early), this team hit big shot after big shot down the stretch and played some inspired defense to get this OT win!

The only problem is...very few people witnessed it. So few students that one would think that the Christmas break had started and maybe 1200 fans on top of that.  Too bad because if you enjoy college basketball you are missing out.  I understand how hard it is to “get back in the routine” of two games a week (even if you don’t go to the women’s games-this week three with Saturday’s double header. But, here’s an option for you...

Come to the double header Saturday. It gives you a chance to check out the very energetic and fun defense specialist women at 3pm followed 30 min after the end by the men.  You still get home plenty early to get the kiddos in bed, and you get a chance to see for yourself what these teams are all about!

If you are looking for an inexpensive and fun Saturday afternoon, come by the Super Pit and support these teams. Just a thought.

Lot of heart to get back in the game and win it. Proud of the effort and will to win. Maybe downvotes from someone who can only accept if a team leads the whole way every time. Good luck with that.

Probably a salty Indiana State fan haha

We sat by a very friendly Indiana State fan. He was very complimentary of the team and said we seem to have a lot of youth we can develope. It was fun to see his face on that buzzer beater to take us to overtime though. :)

I wish more people (including myself, sorry I had class) were at the Pit to enjoy that game-tying buzzer beater!

Great fight in this team, and let's see if we can take two of our last three and head to conference play with a winning record!

U missed out man!   Student section was empty..   make it out to mcneese so we can have some more loud fans in the student section.
