AHHHHH...... When are Bowl announcements ?

I can't stand the waiting.  I need to know to pack shorts and sun screen or a parka and some zinc oxide.

At least another week, totally assuming. I say that because there are still conference championships to be played this weekend.

Expect the majority of announcements to take place shortly after the conference championships are done (within a few days).

Wouldn't be surprised if schools/conferences have been contacted and they working through plans for some of them now such as the Dec 16 bowl games...

It will be announced before the selection show on Sunday.

Its my understand announcements will be Tuesday,December 5th, but the probably will be dribbling out this Saturday or Sunday after Conference Championships.

I browsed the various ESPN flavors' schedules for Sunday, December 3,  on my U-Verse yesterday. I found no show specifically designated "Bowl Selection Show" or some obvious variant. There are a couple shows around Sports Center that could be it.  In the past, I recall that the show was "sixish" but I thought I saw a couple conference championship games that might be still in progress around that time...unless they were replays.

The official selection day is Sunday, Dec. 3. So we'll know then.

It should be what’s from 11-3 Sunday, Dec 3 on ESPN. Called Playoff Selection but I think (almost) everything is announced during that time.
