I agree it would be a bad hire for the Aggies. The latest I saw was 10 years and over 7 mil per. That is from a plugged-in Aggie.

I have a strong feeling that the buyout when he fails in 3-4 years is going to be stratospheric.

This could be A&M's Charlie Strong!

UTSA is 6-5 and 3-5 in the league. When they are choosing teams to go bowling, I have to think they pick Tech at 6-6, 4-4 right? UTSA _may_ not go bowling. That would be incredible after some UTSA fans talking so much mess about our 5-win bowl attendance.

of the bowl eligible teams in CUSA they have the weakest record.  If we have to cut one team in CUSA from bowling it HAS to be them.

Gundy turns down the Vols

Damn, the candidate pool is pretty small for coaches that can take the Vols job and not have to change their wardrobe.  The search firm is going to have to keep looking.

So, who does FSU go after?

I think they’re going to go after Willie Taggart from Oregon. He’s from Florida and was the last coach at USF.

On the Rice football forum they are saying that Matress Mac is being courted to be a major new donor, and the rumor is in return he wants...  THE BUICK.

Rice with their $5 billion plus endowment needs a new donor?

Like everyone else in CUSA, Rice just needs more butts in seats.

GMG!

Rice Athletics doesn't have access to that fund. Have you seen their facilities? Terrible. Way behind most CUSA schools.
