They were T-Shirts with the bowl logo on it usually... 

And yes, when UNT is out warming up.. You see a ton of recruits on the southwest corner of the field

You dolt.  There is a high school will call window.  We have recruits and their families at every home game.

I happened by that window midway through the first quarter and saw three very large Tongan Trinity Trojan lineman. After they left I asked the ticket guy if they had been busy he said they had over given out over 160 tickets to recruits and there was still more coming to the window when I left.

I agree but that is only I think we end up in the Armed Forces Bowl.   Neither program interested in another rematch.  It might be interesting fans who don’t follow either program “marketed” a contentious rivalry. Might generate decent TV numbers but attendance would be bad.

      Don't get to far ahead of our self we will have to #hit6 first. I would act like this bowl is bad. if your team was better we would be in a better bowl. like I said before, I do not care which bowl, just win.

      Around the League / UNT Opponents

      as mentioned in another thread, three pretty easy wins last night (11/19) for Rice, Tulane and Charlotte. Evansville lost 80-30 to Ohio State. UNI won. not all, but the most interesting games coming up: tonight (11/20) - not a ton...Tulsa host UALR (who already blew out UTSA), but if Tulsa is any good should take care of. 11/21 - Memphis @ San Francisco ; FAU v. Oklahoma State (3 day tourney...would play Miami or Drake next) ; Oregon State host Oregon ; Houston Christian v. Rice ; ECU v. Jacksonville State (3 day tourney...would play Toledo or Stetson next) 11/22 - Utah State v. Iowa and St. Louis v. Wichita State (same venue, but not a tourney) ; McNeese v. Illinois State and UAB v. Longwood (same side of bracket) ; Temple v. Florida State ; ECU/FAU game 2 of 3 11/23 - Temple v. UMASS 11/24 - High Point v. Missouri State (3 day tourney...would play ODU or Boston College next) there will be more games 11/23 and 11/24 as some of these tournaments shake out, but definitely some interesting games starting tomorrow

      Texas Wesleyan (11/21/24)

      Texas Wesleyan is one of those athlete mill schools that take advantage of kids/parents who really want to be a college athlete. The majority of students at the school are athletes and the teams will take almost anyone to be on the roster as long as they can qualify for an overpriced college loan to afford the tuition.
