Sorry, obligatory downvote on the last one for griping about downvotes.

no apology needed...I just thought it was hilarious that some asshat took the time to find all of my posts.

guess @UNT90 still frequents the board.

 that some asshat

Before graphic emojis became the norm to the extent that they apparently have their own movie, I always like to think of <3 as the emoji for asshat.

man...just logged on to see 17 notifications...all of them someone taking the time an hour or so ago to down-vote all of my posts in this thread from last night.

with all the good porn out there, that's what you spend your time on the internet doing?

Had the same thing a few weeks ago but someone downvoted me on the entire IPF thread between 3 and 4 am on a Tuesday morning!

There was a thread over the weekend where somebody went in overnight and downvoted every post, apparently regardless of content or poster.  Somebody's just trollin' hard.

The periodic calls to dox people by revealing who (down)voted posts is a problematic,  though well-intentioned, solution to the problem.

Perhaps the board could be made to reveal each poster's aggregate up and down vote history.  Not who they voted for specifically. But how they did generally. Just each of our general tendencies to reward or revile content/contributions. That might be revealing.

This new version of the board software is a little funky.  You can either turn voting on or off.  Votes can either be totally anonymous (even from the admins) or totally open.  You also can't do what you could do in the last version, limit the # of votes people have in a time period.

So if some dip wit wants to come through and downvote every post, they can.    The real question is do you guys still want anonymous voting or should we make all voting public and (/queue music)

Oh dang. I was right across the aisle from ya and didn't even notice. Hanging out there with @Harry and @KingDL1.

Kept me on my toes. Had to make sure I was properly cheering and representing.

Unfortunately my 1 year old couldn't handle it that night. (Been getting over a cold)
