OD was playing him with a 10 yard cushion. I was shocked how far the DB was off the line.  They don't want him to get behind him for sure. Opens up the other receivers

Can you imagine Jeff's numbers if we would hand it off to him on all of those 2nd and shorts to secure more first downs instead of ultimately forcing bad passes? Especially against LA Tech when his runs averaged more yards then Fine's passing attempts.

I think teams have found a way to man up with him, but also the OL inability at times to stop the blitz has hurt him because he runs mostly deeper routes I believe. Hope he can get his mojo back vs UTEP/Rice and have a field day vs Army

LT left him 1 on 1 vs a True FR CB, and it did not look like they rolled a safety over.. FAU i want to say he had some man to man with some help as well. UTSA, I think they rolled a safety that way and I believe Ashton said on the Podcast that Guyton even admitted he now needs to focus/improve on beating double coverage
