There is an SMUg Mustang buildboard on I-35 southbound in Austin just south of downtown. It says "world changers are shaped here". Shot at UT since their deal is "what happens here changes the world"?

Yep. Just like how some of our billboards say "Soar above the herd." It's a shot at UT as well, although none of our billboards are near Austin.

I always thought that this was a shot at SMU since they are the Mustangs Ponies. I see a lot of those billboards in the Dallas area close to the SMU campus.

If you look at the herd of animals along the bottom edge of the billboard, you'll find that they're all steer (presumably of the Longhorn variety).
