IMO this isn’t even about Mason. Yes, he’s not having his best game, but anytime the opposing team put 41 on you in a half, there are bigger problems.

There's so much blame to go around I'll add the equipment guys to the problem tonight.

To many people wanted to drink the green coolaide! This is still going to be a bowl team and exceed expectations. I'm disappointed and embrassed with the effort and result today but looking forward to seeing how this group responds next week. Still a lot of football left to be played.

I thought we would lose today.   However I thought the weather would be a big part of us, instead we just loaded the 12 gauge and blew our own feet off.

The lack of tackling and angles is shocking.  What  train wreck.   This embarrassment will either destroy the season or get them to refocus.   Not to mention this will stop all the Litrell to to Tech or anywhere else talk.  It's just silly.

oh no doubt. he does look like he might be sore from last week and isn't playing like himself. if he is injured there is no reason to risk further hurting him.

These coaches are making a big mistake not taking out some of our starters. The game is over.  They risk getting Fine hurt and others! This is a good time to let some of the younger guys play and get some game time experience.  Don’t see why they are doing this. Stupid

At least we have that.

Another thing it looks like we can say with high probability . . . the C-USA champ is coming out of the East.

Agree, this isn’t on Mason.  This is the whole team, including this coaching staff! Why they still have Fine in there with 12 minutes left in the 4th, down by 45+ points, is asinine! Coaches still don’t have their head in the game.

Are we padding Mason's stats? Zero reason for him, Jeff, or Guyton to be out there now.

that's what i assume

I hate to say it but this is coaching. FAU showed up ready to play. UNT acted like it won the Superbowl after beating an average new program. We weren't ready and we damn sure aren't ready to win this conference.

I hated that we built up the last game so much.

This is humbling record setting game. This will be good for us if we can bounce back from it

Maybe they are worried Quinn will come in and throw another dime touchdown pass like he did at Iowa. We can't have that now can we?
