The Florida Atlantic football team began the season against Navy and Wisconsin.

They were arguably the toughest opponents on this year’s schedule, but the Owls are now preparing for another difficult challenge. Saturday’s matchup against North Texas marks the first in a challenging three-game stretch that could determine the outcome of the season.

After North Texas, the Owls play at Western Kentuckyand Marshall. The Hilltoppers are the defending Conference USA champions, and Marshall in undefeated in league play.
