Memphis has been good for a few years. Especially offensively. I wonder if Dickey will ever get another shot as HC.

I'll always have a soft spot for DD and root for him.

Makes you wonder since he's been under Fuente and now Norvell if he would still have the same kind of ground and pound offense as before

For sure.  But he has modernized and would definitely throw the ball more.  I’m glad he’s having success.  I like to think he is content as an OC.  I grew up a Coog though so I hope he doesn’t make it out of TDECU with a win.

Beating SMU isn't an accomplishment. We're having a losing season with a team that any competent coach would be 7-0 with.

It's not that bad. TT is good. Memphis is ranked. Tulsa did give y'all a smack down. I wouldn't expect USF to be a W but you never know. ECU sucks. Don't know anything about Tulane but Navy is playing tough right now. Houston should be in a bowl.

Are y'all making up the UTSA game? They will be available after Thanksgiving since they really aren't in the conference hunt anymore. You'd probably pick up a W off them.

Tulsa got shut out by UCONN today. Love watching the Cougar High meltdown.  Oh, and where was that sellout crowd. Lots of empty seats in Houston.

He's been coaching a pass-first spread offense since he was OC at SWTSU under Franchione.
