I'm not sure I like characterizing The Drive as a miracle.  We were simply doing what we do.  This team seems to respond well to adversity.  Every man does his job and good things will happen.

I agree, but like it was a miracle to overcome those circumstances -- I mean, 67 seconds left 98 yards to go is daunting even for a good offense. So much is in the defense's favor.

If you were cynical, you could even call the stop and forced punt the miracle . . .

i really think that they buried the lead on this issue... i want to know more about this Jimmy John's situation...

Caught the end of it on the Ticket CQH, so don't blame me for the accuracy...

Apparently around 0100 (bar closing time), some drunk guy sees sammiches on the counter and grabs them and runs.  The worker chased him and stabbed him with a pocket knife (stomach?).  PoPo found him at the hospital a little later and he admitted it.

You don't steal a sandwich artist's masterpiece without getting shanked. In Denton you go big or go home. End of the story.

Maybe if we were knocking off Alabama or a ranked team in a bowl game. But UTSA at home and miracle should not be linked.

It is good buzz regardless.

I might have disagreed with you had I not witnessed another similar finish against UAB.  And since playing UAB, the Blazers have established themselves as a "real deal" team. That has to raise the Mean Green's mental confidence level.
