What is this program missing?
I don’t agree with cougar king like ever but you got to call a spade a spade…signature win against a good power conference team maybe this century?…the last conference championship this program won is what 20 years ago? Last bowl win more than a decade ago? The fact you mention how North Texas “almost” won against Texas in like what…the 70s?!…also does not help your argument -

Next week's ECU game is our last chance this season to sellout DATCU Stadium
I want whatever puts the program in the best position to win moving forward. I remember 20 years ago you would hear the argument about the extra practices. Not sure that holds much water anymore. And the whippings on national TV are awful!- 1

McNeese State (11/18/24)
McNeese was a 12 seed at the 2024 NCAAT , and kept it within ten @ #2 Alabama last Monday. Prior to McNeese, WilL Wade coached 7 seasons between LSU (5) and VCU. Take out the COVID year, so 6 eligible seasons, and that run includes 1 S16, 2 other R32s, and 2 more NCAATs. The one non-NCAAT year was NIT S16. I haven't really thought much about it, but I imagine Wade is in conversations about best coaches currently at MMs. Like, Top 5.- 2
