Sucking is part of it........could it also be their culture?

I've said this a million times, but Hayden Fry recognized that (besides winning) North Texas needed a culture change......hence the radical color change and the radical new logo on the helmet. He made the same assessment of Iowa, who had sucked for a couple of decades before he got up there. He changed their unis to look like another winning program......the Pittsburg Steelers. And the rest is Iowa Hawkeye history.
