still can't win the big game outside of conference in order to garner more prestige. Glad the team can beat the Southland Conference Teams, but at some point need to get some signature wins, especially as it concerns NCAA Tournament at-large.

Don't need the at-large when you're constantly winning your conference.

Yes, they need to take the next step up.  However, I wish NT's other sports problems were limited to winning above the conference level.

This is a young team and it looks like they are progressing into another conference championship team.

yeah, constantly winning conference, but yet to win in the post-season, hence my point, at some point would be nice to hit second round of NCAA's and further, but if Conference Title is all we want then at least expectations are set. NCAA Tournament is just a vacation. Some point after winning multiple conference titles, advancing in the post season should be an expectation, in all sports.

For sure.   Kinda tough to do that when you get paired with the Big 12 champs (because... geography), and lose your NCAA save% leading HOF goalkeeper just minutes before kickoff.  Excuses, I know, but valid ones.   They'll be fine, and will get another chance at the NCAAs again this season.

Actually false statement! I've followed the men and women's soccer programs for years and the women's team have beaten several Big 12, SEC and PAC 12 teams over the years. Go to their website and you will see wins against OU, TCU, Baylor, Texas, Texas Tech, Oregon State, Arkansas, Kansas, etc..

Personally I would just like to see all of the other sports win their first CUSA title! I believe soccer already has four.

How's the men's team looking this year?
