UNT vs. Iowa Watching Party - Fuzzy's in Allen

Join fellow Mean Green fans as we watch North Texas take on the Hawkeyes of Iowa from Fuzzy's Taco Shop in Allen!

Kickoff is at 2:30 pm on Saturday, September 16th.

 

Come by and pick up schedule posters, magnets, sports bottles, etc. as well as enter the drawing for UNT Alumni pennants and beer glasses.

Winning entries drawn at half time.

Fuzzy's is located at 790 W. Exchange, Suite 140, across the street from Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Allen.

          

You just can't beat watching the games with fellow Mean Green faithful!

Nothing special currently planned, but I can certainly ask.  We used to have discounted PBRs when we held these at Rudy's, but nothing beat the Grey Goose "Mactinis" they had for us at Fairview Down Under.

Fairview Down Under closed and there is still nothing in its place.  I think the furniture and everything is still in there.  I knew the owners.  It just wasn't profitable.  Cool place, unfortunately you couldn't see it from the road.  Location, location, location.

Yep - still full of furniture! I'm not sure if it is new, but I was in the area last weekend and saw an alcohol license application in the window...so maybe something is coming?

We are all set up at Fuzzy's.  All TV's are in the game (except for a small one by the front door on a soccer game).

Today was a good crowd on quality, but a bit under on quantity. We had 18 loud and proud Mean Green fans, which is less than half of what we've been averaging.  First down calls were managed by @ntsumgspe.  @Grant.UNT and @Charlie NT 73 were there along with several of the other usual suspects.  I know at least a couple families that usually come out were at the game.  Missed having you there.
