Tickets for SMU

Current Sr. at UNT and after 4 years of me being here UNT athletics finally switched to an online process for student tickets. It seemed to be an absolute mess with many people not able to access their tickets at all or if they did it was an annoying process. I personally had no problem with it except it didn't send my link until two hours before kickoff. Anyways I ordered my tickets for myself and some alumni friends via the link on Mean Green athletics twitter for the SMU game. It was via the website Fevo and it was flawless and allows you to group yourself and your friends so your tickets are together. You can use a link and text or email it and easily link up and show who has got their tickets. Not super crucial just wanted to give my feedback and see if anyone else liked or disliked the new processes.

Every thing the first time is a pay in the butt.. just glad they figured it out and was able to get in all the students.. Also, should be easier now in the future.

Also, agree about the ticket thing not being available earlier, but have you commented on it to the ticket office?

No I haven't yet cause I believe the only reason it wasn't sent out earlier is because they were still working out the kinks. Hopefully next home game they'll go out sooner if not I'll talk to my buddy in the ticket office.

They were testing it out and trying to get it fixed on Thursday night.. @AustinFromUNT was tweeting at WB and Peek about the issue and believe Mosley even got involved to help.. I believe they thought it would be done 1 way, but turns out students use multiple different logins which once they realized that it was fixed.
