I know it's only the first games of the season, but based on what we've seen so far, would A & M do to the whorns if they played this year?

Stuff that Baylor allowed...

Starkel is the starting qb at A$M which is interesting because many experts on here claimed that he would be on the bench if he didn't go to UNT.

How many quarterbacks transferred since he signed?

For sticking your back up QB in during the 2nd quarter, thinking a 21 point lead is good enough.

Sweet Karma!

Edit: Reports are now that Starkel got injured and was seen in a walking boot.  But when Mond came in in the 2nd the announcers had no answer for the substitution, and Starkel eventually returned.  So if he came out due to injury I'll retract my statement above.

someone's chair just got a lot hotter.

Its scorching.  One of the TAMU regents released a statement that he should be fired now.  With Starkel done for the year and Mond looking totally incompetent as a passer, Sumlin may not see the end of the season.

Don't know about Sumlin , but the off. coordinator should be looking for another job. After running the ball to the 3 yd. line, he decides to throw the ball. After two terrible attempts ,he decides he has to run the ball. The play comes one yard short, field goal three points. UCLA had not come close to slowing down A&M's running game, no way they could have stopped A&M on three running plays. The td would have resulted in 6 or 7 points and a victory for the Aggies.

That was baffling. aTm was dominating UCLA with the running game when Starkel was in the game. All of a sudden when Mond comes in (especially after the Starkel injury), they quit running on critical downs or in critical situations. Very strange.

Sumlin seems to be a good person and has had success but not enough for the A&M creeps.  I love to have coach who give us 8-9 wins a year.  When you take these high profile jobs you will feel the heat but the name calling has to stop.  If i was sumlin I tell the aggies to take a flying leap and coach at a school where 8-9 wins a year would make you a god.  Even the mid majors are starting pay some real coin.  No wonder I hate the aggies, i hate so much I would cheer for the Longwhores if they played again.
