Is the big flag pole up?

The Wren said the new, big flag pole would be up by the first game. Haven't made it up to Denton lately. For anyone who has, has that project been started?  Hope it's up soon.

I was at Apogee today.  No flagpole or signs of work toward one.  I sent an inquiry to the AD but haven't heard back yet.

Pretty irresponsible if this doesn't get done. It's a rather inexpensive project so there is no funding or architectural bs excuse to attach this one to. I'm sure there's a reason for the delay, and I'm sure it'll take too long to hear the reasoning of it.

It was made a big promotional deal that was sent out via email to the masses and smeared all over social media for a public vote. It said it was to be done before the season. And wth does "schedule to" be completed' mean to you. Not a question. Quit defending BS.

To be fair... it still could be installed in time.  Flag pole is nothing more than a drilled concrete  pier , then a crane to install it.  All can be done in a couple days.    But, yeah, the silence is a little concerning.
