Lamar game tailgates

Beer, Balls, Ice Cream, Jell-O shots, beer bratwurst, and hoagies are likely to be on the Menu Saturday if the game goes forward.

Plan to start setting up around 5pm Friday night, with much refreshments to follow throughout the night

I remember coming on this board in 2008 and asking if I could drink beer at tailgates.  I honestly didn't know if I would be able to or not.

honestly the most friendly group of tailgates i have ever seen. literally any tailgate will welcome with open arms, and open beers!

I know this goes without saying, but we should be prepared to be the most welcoming we have ever been to opposing fans this weekend.  Likely, if amy Lamar fans are able to make it up, they won't be bringing with them much in the way of tents or set up gear...so we'll need to make sure there is a LOT of surplus beer

This is the one minor drawback to our tailgaite setup. You don’t see to many visiting fans on or below the hill. 

Someone more astute than I needs to get the info to Lamar’s board of where to find our best tailgaiting areas so we can show them the hospitality that makes North Texas great!

True.  Visitors are not going to be parking in the Red/Blue lot.   Need to find a way to get them over to that side since most of them will be parking in the Fouts Cash Lot.
