After a quick glance... A home and home series could be filled by either Miami (FL) or Cal. Both are open on 9-14-2019, and need another home game. And both have openings for away games in 2022, on either 9-3 or 9-24.

I'd love to see either Miami or Cal face the Mean Green at Apogee in 2022.

Please no more South Alabama type series.

Thats the kind of one and one, that I think everybody would be clamoring for.

Frustrating because this road trip is a bucket list item for me.

Not just for me, too... But also my dad. He's been excited about potentially going to Camp Randall to watch us play Wisconsin since years before the game was even booked.

And, not to be morbid... But, this might be the difference between getting to enjoy that experience together and not. Actuarially speaking, our odds of making that trip together just dropped by about 35%.

I agree it would be a great trip, but we have a long ways to go to make a decent showing against that kind of team. I don't think 2 years would do it so I am not too sad to see it pushed back. Long as it doesn't mean more games with Liberty.

Pushing it back this much puts it in a place where I am not sure if we still have Litrell, so we might be who-knows-where on another coach/staff timeline.

Odds are Littrell will be long gone.  Either he is successful and moves on or he is not and will be moved out.

I don't think Cal would come here, but I sure would like to see UNT play there.  Having spent younger, wilder days watching the Big Game from Tightwad Hill, I've always wondered what it's like to, you know, actually go inside the stadium.

Big plus, if you're into open minded hippie chicks, Berkeley is the place you wanna spend a weekend and then get the hell outta Dodge.
