I've done some googling and it seems he's still unsigned. I think he was down visiting the Texans recently, but no contract. I wonder what's going on there.

Teams likely already filled out there rosters, and the medicals are another thing...

Also, maybe what he wants in terms of $ doesn't match up.. If 1 or 2 LBs go down, it would be help him as well.

No one wants to risk the backlash if he were to get injured. A team doctor of the Ravens said he wasn't cleared, got some more opinions, etc. There is still a risk to Orr. Obviously he is a grown man and can make his own choice, and I wish him success and the best in whatever he does, but with the lawsuits for injury hitting the NFL broadly (Concussions, negligence, etc.) you can see why teams would be a little shy. If it's his desire to play I hope he gets picked up for a team I can stomach rooting for.
