UNT Athletics Facilities Master Plan?

Wren Baker outlined an upcoming Athletic Facilities Master Plan for UNT. From what I've read it was suppose to come out in June but still nothing. Any word on why there is a delay?

My guess is donor support in terms of big time donors?

Also, maybe/hopefully they have done more improvements than planned

Let's hope so, I just really want to know what the long term plans are for upgrading facilities and what are some strategic goals for achieving success. Hopefully good things are coming.
