I could never figure out why NT had navy blue & orange implemented into the design. It was during the daffy eagle days. What idiot decided to do that???

Idiot is a pretty accurate term, especially from a marketing standpoint and fundraising standpoint. But he was a useful idiot, as he was allowed to be our AD from 1993 until 2000...that wonderful culture Silver talks about allowed this, just as it did to keep RV here as AD for 15 years with about a .350 winning percentage in revenue sports in his tenure. He didn't get canned until his hires finally had to get bought out and it just cost way more than anyone on the BOR was comfortable with in 2016.

Wren Baker would have to suck something fierce as an AD to get anywhere near as bad as these two jokers did as AD at out alma mater. We basically had mediocre-to-awful-to-completely-putrid AD leadership for well over two decades.
