Flawed Recruiting Rankings

This is a few years old....and why we should not be hitting SL so hard on his recruiting.  Please read...it makes sense to me....

So how would you rank recruits? In fact, should we rank them at all?

You can't really evaluate them until you see how they develop and perform, which isn't really a clear and full picture until after they play their last game of eligibility. 

And at that point, we really need to quit harping on the past and look to the future, particularly the incoming recruits we have coming on board that no one can really evaluate.

Except for the ones with 3+ stars from somewhere or offers from other, bigger schools. 

So... Never.

Oh lord, you know SL and co. are in trouble when these thread start popping up.

I don't think so. It just gives places like UT a reason to puff their chest out until the regular season starts and they start losing again.
