By my count that is 26 new players from a class where we had 20 scholarships to hand out. I think there are 3 BS and 3 PWO here but that could be incorrect. Regardless, this should help get us back close to a full roster with some actual depth.

If he does end up playing offense what will he play? Maybe slot?

He played RB at Ryan, but that doesn't seem to make much sense for us with us having Siggers, Johnson from this class, to go along with the SFA transfer.

Also, It was said on the board that he would be a LB or that Rover player for us, with him playing some on offense. I would prefer if Davis was on defense, because of the athletic ability and he seems to be an individual that could a leader as well.

He's a big dude.  Played QB at the College of the Desert last year.  Looks like they have him listed at TE.

Never heard of College of the Desert. Did he play at Grambling because there are no stats listed on him.

Excited about two of these undersized freshman who could remind us all of Brelan Chancellor when their career's are finished in Evan Johnson and Jaelon Darden.

If either one could be half the player Brelan was I'd be ecstatic. Especially in this offense where underneath routes and YAC are so important

Darden steal of the class IMHO, closely followed by Siggers/Davis.  In my opinion Siggers steps in and plays very quick like game 1-3, Davis may too but our defense is more solid than O so he may have a harder time early getting on the field.

Siggers is a RB, right?
That's a pretty deep position right now.
I think Davis is the best player we got in 2017.  He's listed as a safety, and as we all know, that position is VERY thin behind McClain and Muhammad.
But I agree with Darden and maybe White as some potential immediate-impact guys.

I think with Evan Johnson and Tre Siggers you could see them both in the backfield and the slot. There's a lot of versatility there. Looks like we'll be set at the "A" position for a while.

Hoping one of these guys turns into a Welker/Amendola/Trent Taylor player for us. Near-automatic first downs are huge

Yes Siggers from what I was told will play primarily RB but they like him in empty as mismatch guy.  I got to watch Siggers almost knock Allen out of playoffs by himself.  Fun game dude balled the entire game Safety, QB, RB didn't matter.  Get him the ball and watch him work.

Maybe one of these days our line will be good enough to actually run empty sets

This class will help. Manase Mose will start day 1 he's probably best player in class just a bit too short for P5.
