Is it just me or is Eric Morris destined for great things?
I think Morris is a great play caller, but not a head coach. Game management has been terrible the last two years. Going for it so many times on fourth down and not getting it and putting our defense in bad situations. And clock management and using timeouts. It’s hard being a head coach and a play caller. You get lost in the moment and don’t do what’s best for the team when you are just worried about the offense. -

If it is a basketball only it needs to be smaller. 4-5k at the most, no upper bowl unless they are suites. It will also make tickets a little harder to get and people want what they cant have. -

Vito kicking UNT in the nuts again
A very true statement about the apathy toward North Texas Athletics. I find the lack of support appalling. I loathe every Denton HS product who fails to even acknowledge that NT recruits them. This would never happen in Lubbock, San Antonio, Stillwater, and now even in Dallas. A great deal of NTs lack of success goes right back to the town as well as apathetic students. If NT was in Lewisville or Frisco attendance and enthusiasm would be double at the least. Denton far from being dynamic is a horn tooters paradise. -

Is it just me or is Eric Morris destined for great things?
His first season was a throw away season, he came in late with virtually no recruiting and no help from the portal. He came in to 24 with a full year of recruiting, and had quite a few successes in the portal on the offensive side of the ball, but struggled on the defensive side. Heading into 25 things are looking promising, I think the new DC has been able to draw some players in.- 1
