Iowa Game On ESPN 2

I have not seen this posted anywhere else so will add it here. The UNT athletic department web site now shows that the Iowa game will be telecast on ESPN 2. The game is scheduled to start at 2:30 PM on Saturday, September 16. While that is not the game that I would prefer for a national telecast let's hope the team plays well and gets some good publicity for the program.

It actually is the game I would like to see telecast. This one and any other away game.

I'd still like to see the non nationally televised games on a local station, and shown throughout the state and into Oklahoma on regional affiliates.

I will actually be at that game....for those watching on "The Deuce" Look for the massive Green Group in the stands.... Better yet, come on out to Iowa for the game!!! We went last time they were there and had a blast!!!! Other than the score of course.....

Let's hope we can give them a scare like against Georgia in 2013. Then maybe one of these days, we can steal one of these "bodybag" games. GMG!

I wouldn't consider Iowa a bodybag game. They're pretty mediocre.

they did play for the BIG 10 Championship and were ranked in the Top 5 only 2 years ago!

They are historically pretty good and finish middle to the top of the Big 10, but I think they are replacing a lot this year. I would be surprised if they are ranked in the preseason polls.

Oh wow. Are those guys from 2 years ago going to come back and play (or will we see more of the unranked 8-5 team). I didn't say there were bad, I said they were mediocre because they are.
