Remember that our former CB coach from the 2013 season is co-DC at Mizzou now. Glad to see Trice going the coaching route!

Dumb we couldn't find a spot.  Dude was always there trying to get local kids to stay local.

This doesn't mean he can't come back here down the line after he has cut his teeth elsewhere as a coach. Perhaps he could come back as a secondary coach ? He has a heart for UNT. It is always possible!

While I wish he could stay, getting experience and the professional connections with another coaching staff will be a great benefit for Marcus down the road. You can't know too many people!

Good for him. I guess with the implementation of the current 3-3 defensive system he might not have been a perfect fit in Denton right now given that is not what was being run when he played. But he definitely deserved a spot to prove himself somewhere and Mizzou is a pretty decent place for that.
