Is that saying he cannot recruit "off campus" for 2 years?
But once a recruit is on a visit, on campus, he's free to recruit the heck out of them?

I think he has to be closely supervised since it said restrict and not banned or disallowed from participating in off-campus recruiting.

Just wondering, will the NCAA keep a closer eye on UTSA Football as a result of this, or just focus on Davis?

 UTSA knew this was coming. However due to the joke of the penalty there's nothing that kept them  from hiring this man.

Looks like it will be the days recruits are on campus. The NCAA is a joke and has no desire to reform the cheating that goes in in college sports.
