Tim Jankovich in town

Just got a call at work from former UNT BB coach Tim Jankovich, who is an assistant coach at Kansas. He is in town looking at kids in the holiday tournaments. He was interested in where the SOC boys were playing. Don’t have any idea who he was wanting to see. Any ideas??

I saw Jankovich at the Plano Wildcat Classic on New Year's Eve as well, watching the Plano West/Flower Mound Marcus semifinal. He was talking with David Piehler (Plano West's head coach) before and after the game. When I talked to Piehler after the game, he said Jankovich was watching Michael Prince (a 6-6 junior post who was named MVP of the tournament, which Plano West won later that day). Jankovich did not talk to the Marcus coach at any point, so I doubt if he was watching any of their players.

It doesn't surprise me that he wasn't looking at anyone from Marcus. My alma matter doesn't usually produce any great D-1 talent from football or basketball.
