That was a commemorative uni to celebrate the 100th year of football.  Doubt we'll make it a standard.

No reason not to.

It would diminish the thought of making the celebration of our 100th season special.   Plus, it was an absolute hodgepodge of colors... none of which are our version of green now.

Go with the same design in our Pantone 365 green color

As one of the old  people here on this board  I like  some of the old traditional looks  but to be honest I hope they go was something that the younger players will enjoy.  Like it or not uniform choices can sway young ones

I'd still love to see current lighter green with the old emerald green mixed like the two tone blue of UNC

Totally agree. A two tone green and white uniform would look outstanding, and be very unique in the FBS. We need our own unique look.

I think it would be a nice nod to our history, and the dark green would also appease all who want black incorporated into our uniform.

Wonder how long it will take before a green chrome helmet makes an appearance.

Green Chrome helmet over a mostly black uni with green accents and white numbers with green trim.... and the alternative of the mostly white uniform with the green accents and green numbers with black trim.   That would be a modern up to date look and I for one like that!   Seems like the recruits like modern too.

I miss that player, he was something special.

In all honety though, i could care less about the uniforms if we could, and i know they are singular players here, find the next Brelan, Zach Orr or Booger Kennedy.   If the play on the field is killer no one will give a sh*t what the uniforms look like.

I'm looking forward to that and a matte black helmet with chrome green eagle. Kind of a play on the HOD13 helmet but with the current matte trend.

The new Uniforms will make the players happy, and in the end it matters not what us old farts want or care for.  If the players and recruits like them, then that is all that matters.  In my humble opinion.
