Are we playing anyone good before the conference games start?  Granted we could have been considered a St Mary's school for the blind from our past performances.  Are we just playing the teams that we thought we could beat again?

I don't think anything has been announced and I don't recall GM commenting on the kind of schedule that he wants to play. If ASU's schedule last year is any indication, we will play a mix of different kinds of teams, but more of the teams on our level.

IMO, UNT/UTA should just have an ongoing agreement to always play each other.

We should throw TCU and SMU into that agreement as well.  There is plenty of fans base that would go to these games.  That is 3 games for each team that is easy driving to.

Agreed, I'd like to see more regional or Texas teams at the Pit in general. No more Delaware States or Ionas. Getting a Big 12 to the Pit every year would be nice, too, whether it's TCU, Baylor, or Tech.

We don't need Murders Row like what Trilli had, but we also do not need to play the entire SWAC conference. Bring in some name regional opponents from AAC, Southland (SFA, Sam Houston, etc..), Missouri Valley
