MGB: UNT hired a group of talented assistants to replace those that left, but will the turnover be a problem?

I was hoping our assistants would stay two or three years and then be hired away by P5 schools. With the typical five year college career that would mean two position coaches during their college careers which gives exposure to multiple ways of thinking while keeping the née down to learn new systems much more manageable.

That would be a positive for our players and still make NT attractive to up and coming coaches.

 Our talent will be better and we will have players in their 2nd year in the system. Our OC is where we need to see the greatest improvement! Call plays to our talent level, understand that Mason will bail sooner than most because of his ht, make game time adjustments! I really believe the skill positions especially at WR will improve dramatically! GMG
