I think so too.  He might even have to pay his way this coming season but then he'd get Trevor Murray's scholarship beginning in 2018.

I was curious.  It appears from his 2016 video that any kickoff that reaches the end zone is an automatic touch back.  Must be a Kentucky rule.

i'm guessing this is one of Bangi locations.. 

He is also following a nice looking 2018 WR.. the kid had limited stats 20 catches for 400+ yards I believe, but 10 TDs...

I understand that but I still get confused about the 'blue shirt thing'. 

We've been a little spoiled with our kicking game.  I doubt that Williams will be the equivalent of Moore on FGs nor Keena on kickoffs.  Ditto for McGeehe on punts.  Keena was a tremendous punter.

I believe that is a HS Federation rule

What's confusing about the blue-shirt? UNT would tell him you come here as a PWO with the promise he would get a scholarship, then on a set day he is offered said scholarship so instead of counting vs the 2017 class, he goes against the 2018 class.

I would assume that its nothing more than a PWO. They already have a Punter and kicker and have cut next years class to 20 and possibly less kids already. With him changing from a smaller school to UNT, Maybe he gets Moore's scholarship after he leaves, but I'm not 100% how the scholarship thing works.
