The inaugural gomeangreen.com Recruiter of the year award goes to Nate Brown! For his efforts in landing Cade Pearson, Makyle Sanders and Cameron Johnson. Also his activity on social media are the reasons we decided on Nate. He is a young coach with a bright future!

I would be very interested in finding a list, here or elsewhere, that highlights each of our recruiters and what kids they are after/signed.

This is definitely a good idea to have this kind of award. If it gets big enough, maybe the assistant coaches will want to put it on their CV, realising that the some of the fans are watching very closely at their recruiting efforts, and that there is never a reason to lay back.

I wouldn't hire a person to wipe my bottom if they listed any honor bestowed by a message board of any type on their CV.
