So I was going through 247s player rankings and I came across a few grade failure but one thing I didn't expect was to come across a quarterback that was rated higher by 247 than Jalen Guyton (our highest rated player by a good margin), yet had zero offers. Any recruiting insiders know why this might be? I falsely assumed that every 3 star got snatched up unless it was grades.

Except for two or three schools in the Denver area, any 6-A JV would beat the rest of the teams I this city by 30 points or more. It is certainly NOT Texas football.

Forgot to point out he was a 2017 kid. Google results showed he got no offers by signing day and said he was walking on somewhere but the google results cut that part off. The link to the story is dead so I don't know where he is planning to walk-on.

Hard to tell but I think CSU?

His situation kind of reminds me of last year's (2 yrs?) Easton Bruere from NM. Signed with Butler.
