I am hearing there is an additional coach that has been poached from UNT by a Power 5 school along with Brad Davis and Mike Ekeler.

More to come

Offense or Defense? I'm guessing Reff would be safe with getting the promotion to DC?

Has to be Mainord, has to be.

I'm guessing the coaches left its really only down to Brooks, Mainord, or LeBanc.. Not sure that GH did enough on the offense side, and Fillani seeming unlikely

This is the position we WANT to be in. I'd much rather be looking for new coaches each off-season than wondering why we hired scrub coaches in the first place under previous regimes. This means that.

1. We are having some success.

2. Littrell is hiring good coaches that P5 schools recognize as good coaches as well.

ETA: Mainord was with Littrell at the NTX Football Coaches Clinic yesterday so if he is gone then he was snatched up today.

Yes very good but I think the worry should be now is about how does this affect the players in terms of development? With us losing coaches, has UTSA lost any coaches?

I assumed it would be LeBlanc... I hadn't heard about Ekeler leaving... say it aint so!

LeBlanc's kid is a Senior at Denton Ryan. It would really suck for him to move a third time in his High School career. I know he had some ambition to play at UNT. He's a defensive lineman.

I pointed this out on the Twitter, but Mainord is getting paid $275 from 2 schools.

He has a $75K salary from UNT, while Kentucky pays out the rest of his contract ($200K) through June 2017.

This is insane... I believe it will inevitably hurt us should we have a better year next year because lord knows they will come running to the well once more.
